This charming 1190 square foot home is just steps away from Downey Landing! It has a lovely remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and a gas oven/stove. The living room is equipped with a gas heater, and each room in the house also has it's own mini-split system for either heat or air conditioning.
The kitchen has a full shared fridge/freezer with access to water and ice, as well as a fully stalked cabinet with spices to choose from. Fridge and freezer to be shared between tenant and myself, however an additional 7.5 cu large personal fridge/freezer will also be made available to you.
The laundry room includes a dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer to be shared by yourself and me. The floors throughout the house are a mix of tile in the living areas and bathroom, and vinyl in the rooms for easy cleanup.
The living room boasts bright recessed lights, and the couches are soft brown leather and recline fully. The living room TV is a whopping 75 inch LG with a PS5 and Xbox One available for use.
No shortage of dishes, including plates, cups, pots and pans in the house. The dining table is rather large as well.
The cozy 130 square foot room is located in the front of the house directly behind the main shared entrance.
Room includes a large closet, nightstand, Desk, Chair, small two-drawer-dresser, TV stand with Vizio 40 inch full HD 1080p TV (free channels included). The queen-sized bed is a brand new Zinus Memory foam. Full bathroom is for tenant use, I live on-premises solo in a back room, which has it's own bathroom.
Living room/kitchen/fridge/laundry facilities will be shared spaces. Two dogs in the backyard (quiet) so yard access may be limited unless you don't mind them.
Looking for a flexible month-to-month tenant.
No smoking allowed inside the house.
Tenant may have a guest come over occasionally, but no overnight stays.
I reserve the right to have a guest stay over, but they will not use your personal bathroom under any circumstance.
No pets allowed, tenant should understand that the garage and backyard access are reserved as my / my dog's space. There is a lack of personal storage room at the house.
We will need to coordinate laundry times, as this will be a shared utility.
All utilities will be provided for (water, gas, electricity, trash, lawn).
No EV charging allowed, parking will be street parking with the exception of Fridays, in which we will need to coordinate schedules to ensure the car parked on the end of the long driveway can be moved out first depending on who leaves earliest.
