Let me start by saying this is an amazing apartment. The amenities are plenty. Some of the basic info is that it is an upstairs unit in a garden style apartment. What makes the apartment unique is that it has a really nice open feel to it. With approximately 900 square feet of living space this is a very large unit. Because of its size, the floor plan flows in and around the larger rooms. The living room, dining room, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen are all large. With high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the living room you can’t help up feel relaxed in the openness of this unit. The apartment was recently upgraded. When we remodeled it we replaced the plumbing with all copper and re-wired the electrical to bring it up to date. The kitchen is all new from the floors to the cabinets. We have granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The appliances are all high end, top of the line product. The dishwasher, stove range hood and fridge are perfect for a weekend chef or someone that just wants the best. Another nice feature of the kitchen is it has a separate entrance and staircase. When bringing home groceries this is a really nice convenience! Due to the age of the building (built around 1949) there are many other nice details. The ceiling has vintage crown moldings. The bathroom has beautiful tile work. We used travertine tile and installed a frameless glass door. You’ll feel like you’re in a high end hotel/spa with the quality finish of this bath. The bedroom is large and has some special features. There is both a walk-in closet and a separate wardrobe closet and storage in the bedroom. This provides room for plenty of clothes. The location of the apartment is ideal. It is within walking distance of Crunch Gym, Whole Foods and a number of fabulous restaurants and other great shops and stores.
