The villa is near Mardi Gras parade routes and cultural festivals like Jazz Fest. The pool and terrace are shared among guests, and video surveillance may be used in common areas. Early check-in and late check-out offers are sent when available. Gatherings over 10 people, including visitors, require prior approval. Guests must climb stairs to access the villa. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony incurs a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am, with violators charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with violators charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking.
