The property owners want to maintain this RV park as a vacation rental property, so they only allow owners to stay at the property for a maximum of 30 nights per STAY, not per year. -If you would like this cabin to be a vacation rental and rent it out to others, you may do so as long as you use a vacation rental management company, such as Coldwell Banker. Due to Measure T, the city of SLT does not allow this cabin to be listed privately on websites, such as Airbnb, which is why you would have to go through a vacation rental management company.
