MOVE IN MAY 1! $1675/mo Looking for a female - no pets (we already have a pug who isn't the friendliest with other animals / I'm super allergic to cats) The room is in a 3/2.5 - it is a private room with a shared bathroom, but there is also a half bath so there's always a bathroom available! Other features of the house- A private pool Lots of space, about 2500 Sq Ft House other than the room is fully furnished Projector w all streaming services and a sound bar Popcorn machine Self tape set up Sun room and creative space Central heat and AC Easy street parking w no street sweeping Record player Couches Happy lovey pug named Daisy! Washer and dryer all ecostar Garage for storage ! About us - We're two roomies that have been in the house for 2 years together already! Our third roomie is unfortunately moving out and we need someone to take over her room Wes recently graduated with her BFA in acting and works at a restaurant on the side I act and model so I have flexible hours and often tape from home / also am out of the house a lot We're looking for someone friendly, with stable income and decent credit as you'd sign on the new lease with us It is a flexible lease though. Would like someone in the creative field but not necessary as long as it isn't a call heavy job that works from home Must must like dogs Must must be clean Lease we're looking for one year but flexible to get out if we collectively decide it isn't the right fit, new tenant would just share responsibility in helping to find a new roommate
