Utilities can all be transferred over to Tenant with a 1 year lease, or can be covered by a flat monthly fee of $500 which will include reasonable expected usage of Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer, Trash, firewood, and Wifi. A monthly cleaning service will also be included with that. Minimum 6 month lease preferred, but will consider all options for suitable tenants.
