It's got a kitchen , bathroom, dining set, small couch and a full size bed. It is in nearly new conditions. Only rented it out once before and looking for a honest person and some one who likes his privacy. Lease is for 6 months to 1 year, with utilities included. After lease is over we can negotiate another lease or if renter feels they want to leave by law they have to give 30 day notice that they're leaving after the lease. The same goes for owner/manager has to give 30 day notice if they want them to leave after the lease. Studio must be left clean and in perfect shape. Parking is out in the street.
