The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque, conveniently located near Newberry/8th between Tioga and Haile. Hospitals, shopping centers, I-75, Oaks Mall, Santa Fe, and UF are just minutes away. *Apartment Features: The apartment has A/C, heating, and ceiling fans in the living area and primary bedroom. The full kitchen includes a stainless-steel stove/oven & refrigerator (new 2023), and dishwasher. Luxury Vinyl flooring was upgraded in 2023, with tile in the kitchen and bathroom.
