Fully furnished bedroom and house. The house is 3 story with great ocean views and ocean breezes. Close to Manhattan Beach downtown. With 2 new tenant there will be a total of 3 people in house - each of us with a bedroom on a different level of the house (ground level, middle level, and third floor). Prefer a housemates who do NOT work from home on a regular basis. month-to-month, utilities and biweekly maid service at the house flat fee of $250, street parking with city permit (extra parking spot in driveway when street parking is unavailable).
