Unfortunately, we currently do not have a parking space available on site and tenant will have to park across the street in a public lot. For your convenience, we have recently added a new laundry facility on site. Owner pays all utilities. Rent is 700 for month to month lease. No matter what, if you do not stay an entire year, your deposit will be forfeited. There can be no more 2 people living in the apartment. Should there be a second person, staying more than 5 days a month, there will be an additional charge of $100 to cover the additional utilities used. If a guest stays more than 2 weeks a background check will be required. Since we are located next to a school and it is necessary. Only one small pet under 30 lbs will be permitted. No smoking is permitted! While renters insurance is not required, it is highly recommended.
