This property is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. There is no AC in the apartment. Service animals are allowed, but if undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. The home is surrounded by restaurants and is situated in a busy area with strong nightlife activity. The property is in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and is only suitable for quieter groups. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000. No parking is available on-site; street parking is limited and garage parking is at a cost. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the reservation price, covering accidental damage up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages caused by pets. We work with third-party vendors to maintain the property and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment. Guests are advised to deny access if vendors fail to adhere to these standards.
