I know these pictures speak for themselves, but have you ever known me not to give my opinion? This house? HOLY COW! Let's get the maintenance issues out of the way - new carpet, TWO BRAND NEW HVAC units, vinyl windows, vinyl siding, fenced yard, irrigation, landscape lighting and flip gutters. And now on to the fun stuff!! I have to start with the Master Bath because well? Did you see the pictures? Gutted down to the studs and revived with a double vanity from Restoration Hardware, subway tile with bench shower, the biggest rain head shower known to man and ceramic tile flooring! It's glorious! The downstairs greets you with an open floor concept that begs for you to host the next neighborhood party, boasting hardwood floors, a double staircase and sliding doors to the large deck and paver patio area. And this yard is everything you could want - big, flat, fenced, landscaped with irrigation and lighting and just enough trees to offer privacy and shade. When I asked the owners their favorite things this was the answer "we love the yard, the cul-de-sac street and the short walk to the pool!" And not to mention the proximity to Midlothian Village and Wegmans!
