Home # 1 is a small cabin built on a trailer frame for mobility if desired.  The cabin is fully insulated and has a new toilet, tube, sink and water filter.  Also included is a wood burning stove and refrigerator.  The cabin flooring has been built on 5/8 plywood on 16" centers.  There is also an upstaris that has been constructed on 24" centers that can be accessed by pushing up a section of the ceiling that folds back on hinges.(this would need a pull down ladder system instaled for easier access).  The cabin needs some finish work done but the major work has already been done.  Theres a front wooden porch on the front side and a lean-to the back side that would make a good parking place for ATV's.  Also there is City water in both structures and the owner has installed a septic system.
