The living room does not have a TV stand or TV, but has a couch and coffee table, as seen in the photos. Only one wall is shared with your neighbors, who are quiet and laid back. The condo has a private front yard, which I will maintain, but if you'd like to plant flowers, veggies, etc, I will very likely be agreeable to that, but you would be expected to maintain it. This location is within walking distance of two bus lines- FX2 and 73. It is also within walking distance of fast food, a gym, Grocery Outlet, gas station, and restaurants. 3 month lease, and after that you can extend it to 6 months.
