The layout is two master bedrooms, a living room and kitchen. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom, a large closet, and can typically fit a queen sized bed, nightstand, TV stand, desk, and dresser. As for parking, there is one reserved spot & one one parking permit given to you, to park at any uncovered parking spot on site. The apartment is on the first floor of the building, although there are a few stairs and an elevator if needed. Laundry is just down the hall. Amenities (most are closed due to COVID) Gym, Sauna, & 3 pools. Tennant pays for electricity & internet. Tennant does not pay for water. The picture only show one bedroom because I wasn't able to take pics of my roommates room in time for the post but it's essentially the same format but with a bigger closet.
