We are pet friendly as long as your pet is friendly to the home. Year-round (12 month) lease. At the signing, the first month and security payment are due. There is no smoking allowed in the house. Dogs are allowed if they are housebroken and well-behaved. Available starting 11/01/2025 (6 month minimum). Owner pays for water/sewer charges, internet and landscaping upkeep. Tenant responsible for gas and electric usage. Trash and recycling are the responsibility of the Tenant. (The town has a public dump for trash/recycling, requiring a $140.00 vehicle sticker.
