We are willing to assist with management (we live next-door) but are searching for someone who would love this wonderful asset and put it to use. *There may be a few nights per month where we will ask for no outdoor lighting, and for blackout shades (provided) to be drawn on one side of the house so that we can practice astro-photography in our yard on that side. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Non smokers only. Please inquire about pets no outdoor cats and unfortunately we have canine breed specific language in our liability insurance policy. Please note that garage is only 16 feet deep so only compact cars will fit inside. 12 month lease. Tenant to upkeep landscape, including cutting grass.
