The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station. It's next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 7 AM. There is no smoking, parties, or pets allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
