Shared spaces would be the kitchen, living room, dining room, half bathroom, and full bathroom. Townhouse also has working washer and dryer in unit. No cigarrette smoking in the house. No pets allowed due to having 2 cats. Room and shared space must be kept clean at all times. You will have 1 parking spot. Guests cannot park in your parking spot. Guest spots are located in the parking lots where the spot says guest. Guests can also park in the cul-de-sac. Guests can ONLY park in the guest spots overnight not in the cul-de-sac due to Willow Springs overnight parking ordinance between 2 AM- 6AM. This is a 1 year lease. Security deposit is $900. Rent is $900 a month plus utilities. The only utilities are electric and internet. 1st month rent will be due the day you sign the lease.
