Walk down 2 buildings in the complex to the Intracoastal Waterway where you can watch the boats go by or throw a line in the water and catch your dinner from the fishing pier. Relax on our lanai, overlooking the boat basin with your favorite beverage or after a long day spent with your toes in the whitest, finest sand in the world. We know you will love our little slice of paradise on Siesta Key and we can't wait to share it with you. This is a 55+ community and requires the lessor to be at least 55 years of age. Pets are not permitted and the unit is 100% non-smoking. The unit comes with one covered space for parking and has a 30 night minimum stay associated with the rental with a maximum stay of 6 months. The stay includes utility costs and a streaming service. Fees include one time cleaning fee of $250 and a $150 non-refundable application fee to Siesta Harbor for background screening at least 30 days prior to arrival.
