This is a unique opportunity in Land Park to rent a furnished home during the 2025-26 academic year. We are only open to a 9-12-month lease. We can be flexible about what furniture we leave and what we store, including bed sizes, based on your needs. The 1300 sqft home is in great condition, with new appliances and updated kitchen/bath (2020), hardwood floors, new window coverings (2024) and original details throughout.
In addition to the 3-bed/1-bath, there is a finished garage that we use as a work and office space. There is a garden bed in the front yard and a landscaped back yard. Internet and water are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas. We have a strong local network (family, neighbors, gardeners and contractors) to support with house maintenance issues in the event that you will need anything at all. Our neighbors are fantastic, and are excited to welcome you to the block.
