In addition to the 3-bed/1-bath, there is a finished garage that we use as a work and office space. There is a garden bed in the front yard and a landscaped back yard. Internet and water are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas. We have a strong local network (family, neighbors, gardeners and contractors) to support with house maintenance issues in the event that you will need anything at all.
