Connor & Lauren liked the privacy of just one next door neighbor and the handy location. The attached garage and private finished basment offered the security Jennifer was looking for. This duplex townhome was built for the smaller family. Most of my tenants have been singles or couples. Renters with king size beds and dressers look for a larger floor plan. Tenant pays all utitlies which run about $150 per month on the budget plan. I take pride in being a quality owner/landlord and I expect as much from my tenats. Maximum occupancy: 3 people. No section 8. No animals. No smokers. Must own a vacuum.
