Lovely family home with an East facing raised, covered veranda that is ideal for watching children play in the fenced front yard or for visiting with friendly and wonderful neighbors. The rear yard offers plenty of green grass for children and pets with additional space for a productive vegetable garden. My mother has produced tomatoes, squash, corn, beans, water mellons, cantalopes, cucumbers and pickels. Mature trees produce oranges, tangerines and pears. The soil is dark and rich. Neighborhood Description This is a stable neighborhood. Family homes are passed from parents to children. My mother lived, happily in this home for fifty-one years. She went to a nursing home and then to a hospital one month before she passed away peacefully in her sleep. The neighbors in this community are truly Angels. The looked after my mother for the last three years of her life. They made it possible for her to stay in her home instead of going to assisted living. They checked on her every day. They brought her food, helped her to her car and from her car when she returned home. We were very blessed to have such wonderful neighbors. I am Dr. Alexander S. Justice.
