Occupancy Limit: The property may only be occupied by the individuals listed on the lease agreement. Subleasing or short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb) are strictly prohibited without written consent. 7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. A limit of 3 pets is mandatory. Pet rent is $49/pet/month. Pet deposit is $300 non-refundable. 8. Smoking & Noise Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Outdoor smoking is allowed but any remnants of cigarette buds or littering is strictly prohibited. Tenants must adhere to local noise ordinances and respect neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm-6am daily. 9. Move-Out Procedures: The tenant must provide 60 days' notice before move-out. The property must be returned in its original condition, with all furniture intact. Failure to comply may result in deductions from the security deposit. 10. Legal Compliance: The tenant must comply with all local laws and HOA regulations. Any violations may lead to lease termination.
