It is just 2 blocks from Fareway. There are 5 restaurants within 4 blocks. A hair salon and a vet are close by in the strip mall in the Medicap Pharmacy parking lot. The bank is close by, too. The post office is right across te street. HyVee Drugstore and a dentist are right there, too. If you you need your car serviced there are 3 wonderful repair shops in Grimes. One is only 4 blocks from the condo. You can drop your car in the evening and make an appointment to pick it up in the morning. They even have a lock box for a late key drop. Of course Walmart and the new Menards are just across 141. Various restaurants and small business are in the Walmart parking lot. UnityPoint Clinic and an eye facility are there, too. There are plenty of biking and walking trails. Two parks are very close to the condo. There is a lovely little pond 3 blocks away. It is a picturesque spot to visit on your walks. I love the green area and being able to walk where I want. It makes life so easy having everything I need so close. What I love most is my patio. It faces west, so I see many beautiful sunsets. It is a wonderful place to start or end your day. It is one of only two condos here to face a green space rather than the street or the parking lot. I chose this unit especially for this quiet view, when it was under construction. I am the original owner and moving out of state to a new position by the end of the year, that is the reason for my selling this little gem.
