There is a bus line 2 blocks away. Cesar E. Chavez Elementary School is two blocks away. Bi-Mart and Alberstons are 1 mile away. The Lane County Fairgrounds are in walking distance. The neighbors are very friendly, but keep to themselves. The main house has an upstairs bedroom (or office, if you so choose) and a toilet and sink. There is Hunter Fiber Optics cable in this space.
