Home To Be Moved! Very nice country home. Home was built in 1971. Has not been updated much. Does have central heating/air with only a few years old unit. Has water heater that was replaced in 2004. Has a family room and two-car carport that have been added on the home. The home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, with 2336 sq ft. Has been taken care of but needs a little updating. There is no refrigerator, but there is a stove and dishwasher, also no washer and dryer, but there is hookup for them in the laundry room. No one has lived in the home for a few years now but has still be kept up as much as possible. Home has a real fireplace but has been converted to a gas fireplace. Looking to sell the home to be moved off the property. Land was purchased with home on it and would like to sell the home and have it moved off land. Home appraised for $95000, in its current condition as of August 2014. I am selling the home well below appraised value, and which is well below actual value of home. I know the home would need to be moved which cost money and one would possibly want to do some updating. This is how we came up with pricing as we did. We wanted to make this a great value for someone and with this price is definitely is a great value. Home is built on a crawl space.
