Our Balboa Island/Newport Beach front unit, 2-story home has 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms (one includes shower and tub, the other a shower) and 1 bedroom downstairs with a bathroom (includes shower). Two rooms have a private bathroom and two have a jack-in-jill bathroom. This immaculate, cheery and bright unit is fully furnished and equipped.Ready for a comfortable and worry-free summer beach vacation or winter rental. The kitchen and living areas have white tile flooring and there is carpeting in all bedrooms except one upstairs bedroom has tile flooring. The living room has a stone face fireplace. There are two TVs downstairs, a flat screen in the living room and one in the downstairs bedroom.Two of the bedrooms upstairs have TVs. There is a CD/DVD player for the living room flat screen TV for music or movies and a VCR on one of the bedroom TVs. There are two queen beds (one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs); a bunk bed with a double on the bottom, a twin on the top and a twin trundle in the third bedroom; and a twin with a twin trundle in the fourth bedroom. All linens and towels, including beach towels and chairs are provided for summer vacation rentals. Our home will provide you all the comfort you need for a wonderful stay whether it is for a relaxing vacation or winter rental. Activities and Attractions: Our property is located at 126 Agate which is less than one block from the beautiful bay, boardwalk and the ferry that takes you to the ocean, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Pier, shopping and restaurants, boating (including the Catalina Express Boat to Catalina Island)and fishing excursions, and bike rentals. Agate is the only street on the island with a children's climbing gym and basketball court. The Balboa ferry takes you on a short 5 minute ride to the peninsula for surfing or boogie boarding in the ocean waves, fishing on the Balboa Pier, bike riding, shopping or dining at numerous restaurants. Marine Street on Balboa Island also boasts of fine restaurants and boutique shops and Balboa Island is only 2 miles from more fine dining, shopping and movie theaters at Fashion Island. Balboa Island is approximately 7 miles from Laguna Beach with the renowned Pageant of the Masters and Sawdust Festival in the summer, art galleries and fine dining and shopping along with wonderful beaches with tide pools. Balboa Island is within 20 minutes of Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm and an hour from Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Sea World. The Santa Ana/Orange County (SNA) Airport is only 10 minutes away and the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is approximately 50 minutes away.
