Hi all, I am looking for a new roommate starting January 1, 2015. It is a 2 bed 2 bath and is a part of Centennial Apartments, right across the street from the North Ave Apartments and very close to campus (3 minute walk). The exact location is 126 Merritts Avenue NW. The monthly rate is $, and plus utilities comes out to be about $700 total.I've attached some photos of the common living spaces and the master bedroom (150 sq. feet) that is to be available.
