So, although you're in an apartment you only have 2 immediate neighbors and approximately double the square for of most 2br apts. One of your neighbors is actually on the complete opposite side of the structure ,so it's honestly like only having 1 immediate neighbor. The front door faces the large back yard that is fenced, and so, the property is very quiet and very private.
