One of the bedrooms has access directly into the private garden.<br><br>Furthermore, the whole basement has been transformed into a luxurious living space with modern furniture and cable TV. It is furnished with 2 futons that convert into a queen size and full bed, coffee tables, TV and large bookcase.<br><br>There are wooden floors throughout the apartment.
