The downstairs has a mother in law suite set up with your own bedroom that features a very comfortable queen bed, living room with a queen pull out couch, kitchenette, an outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna and a bathroom. The kitchenette does not have a full oven, but we did provide a hot plate and large toaster oven. The home has a Roku devices that you can use to sign in to your favorite streaming services (Hulu, Netflix, etc). Our neighborhood is quiet and very close to several cute shops and restaurants in downtown Woodland Park. We really enjoy Cafe Leo Coffee Shop, Judges, and Memorial Park. We are located 12 miles from the entrance of Pikes Peak, 17 miles from Garden of the Gods, and 19 miles from downtown Colorado Springs. 4WD is highly recommended in the winter months. The driveway is quite steep, and although the driveway gets plowed (typically done in the mornings) when it does snow it can be difficult to drive up and even more challenging to drive down, especially when we receive snow after plowing has been completed. Please account for snow being present in the winter months (November-May). When in doubt please park at the bottom of the driveway along the main road. For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights it will be $370 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $80 -Owner is responsible for all utilities -Will allow up to 2 well behaved dogs NO other pets allowed (fees will occur if there is pet damage upon departure) -No smoking of ANY kind is allowed -No Street parking allowed due to city ordinance -Quite hours 10pm-8am -No disruptive parties allowed -Broken items will be charged to tenets at value of the item.
