Small Cabin on 10 acres with 1 queen bed on the main floor, and 2 twin beds in the loft. The cabin has a full kitchen , and one bath. Cabin has a wood burning stove , mini split ac/heater, and a wall heater in the bathroom. There is plenty of down wood on the property that is available for the renter to cut up and use for the woodstove. This cabin comes furnished . Cookware / dishes are stocked in the kitchen. Towels and bed linens will be provided if needed. Potential renter will need to be comfortable living in a rural environment in the winter months . Snow removal is the renters responsibility. We do have starlink internet and it is included in the rent amount. Renter is responsible for electricity . There is no trash service so trash must be taken to the dump. Owners do not live onsite , but are close by if needed . There is no smoking allowed inside the buildings. Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis and would need to be approved by landlord with a separate pet fee associated. This is a winter rental - Lease end date will be June 15th.
