Income for each potential tenant will be verified. Disqualifiers We do run an eviction check on each adult planning to live in the home. Credit Check We do not expect perfect credit, however, each adult will have their credit run and it will be reviewed by our Resident Qualification Team. We understand that some people are in the process of rebuilding their credit. We try to work with people who have credit issues and we do offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly rental payments.
