The house has good bones! The house does need touchup with paint, all walls are light gray color. The sunroom could use a little TLC on the exterior and the flooring. When I bought it, it already had the stick down tile, which is not the best for that room with no AC. When I moved in , the backyard basically had an overgrowth of different kinds of tall bushes and it acts like a privacy fence. It is a little on the scraggly side, but it never has bothered me. Please excuse the mess, I have been trying to pack, and I have a few other people‘s belongings stored here at my house! Located in Lyman just off of Wade Hampton Blvd
