PLEASE READ! The good: This apartment proves the old adage that location is everything. For my money this one-bedroom apartment is in one of the most desirable urban neighborhoods in the Los Angeles region. We are walking distance to La Cienega Park, The Beverly Center, The Beverly Connection (City Target) and a Trader Joes. There is also an abundance of great dining and entertainment options nearby. This is an older building with the charms and quirks one might expect. This unit has had a light refresh but represents basic accommodations. The bad: We do not offer off street parking. Hamilton Dr. is permit parking only which helps but parking can be challenging especially late at night or during street sweeping. The ugly: This is a lower unit. There are neighbors upstairs. You will hear them. If you are accustomed to apartment living it won't be an issue, otherwise this probably isn't the apartment for you. We will consider dogs under 25 lbs.
