I have a smaller single-wide mobile home in the Sahara Park in Madison available on a special rent to own program. This 3 bedroom, 1bath home features an open concept living room and kitchen. This home features: - 3 bedrooms - 1 bathrooms - Deck - Hardwood Flooring - All electric The rent to own program is for 5 years and you'll own the home free and clear at the end of the fifth year. The payment for the home is $395 a month because it needs some work. The home needs painting and cleaning. The park lot rent is $400 a month. Your total monthly payment would be $795 until the home is paid off at the end of five years. You would also be responsible for the water/sewer and electric utilities. Pets may be accepted with a $25 monthly fee per pet. In order to be eligible for this home, you will need to have $2,800 of monthly verifiable income.
