It is located off of Hwy 9, 1.5 miles south of downtown Roswell and the Canton street restaurants and shops and less than one mile north of the Chattahoochee River, with easy access to GA 400. This unit is on the main level and is one of the best units in the complex. You enter on the ground level but once your inside you feel as though you're in a tree house. There are great floor to ceiling windows in the living area that look out to a canopy of trees. Exit the living room through a glass door to the patio where your greeted with privacy and more trees. Hiking trails are directly across Hwy 9 from the property entrance/exit, one mile north at the the Roswell Mill, and at the Chattahoochee River. It is in the excellent Roswell school district with Roswell North Elementary, Crabapple Middle, and Roswell High. The renter is responsible for all utilities except for water which is covered through the HOA. There is a maximum occupancy of four tenants. Smoking is also not permitted inside the home.
