There are 5 bed, 3 baths, huge living room and a newly remodeled kitchen fully stocked with kitchen equipment. The room you would be renting includes a bed, closet, bedsheets, comforter, and drawer. You will share a bathroom with one other male. We are looking for someone clean, respectful, and quiet. We like to have fun outside the house but please don't bring the party home with you. Credit check required with application. First month's rent plus deposit in the amount of 1 month's rent required at move-in. No smoking indoors. Parties are only allowed on special occasions such as birthdays and Halloween.
