    What's special

    A perfect home for a family. It has a large fenced in back yard with a deck, perfect for having a grill out or it is a great place for kids and/or dogs to play. The house has vaulted and/or high ceilings throughout and feels very open and inviting. Another side effect of this architecture is that we only have to turn on the lights when the sun has fully set. However, if it is darkness you want, there are blackout shades on all the bedroom windows. The kitchen has a extremely large pantry attached to it. The master also has vaulted ceilings, a walk in closet, and a nice bathroom (which includes a corner jetted tub, a double headed shower, and a pocket door to separate the toilet from the rest of the bathroom. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood consists of all new homes, but there are several builders so the designs vary quite a bit. The area around the house generally consists of families with young children or couples who's children have recently moved out. There is a large park nearby with two sets of playground equipment (one for smaller children and one for older children). Most of the neighbors are dog owners (of a variety of sizes). Most of the families in the area appear to fall into the middle to upper middle classes. The area has several nearby commercial areas where most any restaurant, grocery store, etc. can be found. However, the neighborhood doesn't feel like it is very busy and has more of a small town atmosphere to it than can be found in most suburbs.
