A perfect home for a family. It has a large fenced in back yard with a deck, perfect for having a grill out or it is a great place for kids and/or dogs to play. The house has vaulted and/or high ceilings throughout and feels very open and inviting. Another side effect of this architecture is that we only have to turn on the lights when the sun has fully set. Most of the families in the area appear to fall into the middle to upper middle classes. The area has several nearby commercial areas where most any restaurant, grocery store, etc. can be found. However, the neighborhood doesn't feel like it is very busy and has more of a small town atmosphere to it than can be found in most suburbs.
