The front bedroom is spacious and includes a desk for working and a mounted TV. The main bedroom is also large and features an en-suite full bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Upstairs, a third large bedroom awaits, furnished with 2 queen beds. Guests can enjoy the fenced-in backyard and parking for over three vehicles in the off-street parking area at the back. Guests are required to disclose the number of pets entering the home. A one-time pet fee is required based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for stays over 30 nights, prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked. Guests will have full exclusive access to the house and yard, although the garage is not available for guest use at this time. Guests must provide a valid driver's license or ID and sign the Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, those under 25 years old, and/or those living closer than 100 miles from the home, at the host's discretion, to ensure community safety and security. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner.
