Zillow doesn't account for the two different parcels in most of the lots in this area. Because of this, the front 1/3rd of my lawn shows up as a completely different parcel, and apparently this parcel doesn't have road access. (Seeing as I own both parcels apparently I gave myself an easement.) It would be really nice if Zillow gave a damn about data quality, but they don't........ So you'll notice the valuation on this property is massively off based off their dependance on out-of-date county records that they don't combine correctly......... YAY ZILLOW!
