This studio is located on the upper floor in the south/west corner. It has lots of light and is very comfortable. There are no pets/animals allowed. There is NO SMOKING of any kind in the building or 20 ft from any door or window. You only pay for your interior lights. There are security locks on all doors leading outside. You will be given a code you choose to allow access into the building. We require 1 year lease. There is a $45 application fee per adult. There is NO SMOKING of any kind in the building and/or within 20 ft of any door or window. Parking is on the street by a parking pass that the Owner of the building will reimburse you for. You can park 3 cars with this pass.
