There is an abundance of space and natural light in this two-floor beach condo. It offers a remote workspace, a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy electric fireplace for those cold winter nights, 2 covered parking spots, a community elevator, a private top-floor deck and comes fully furnished with sea turtle decor & sea colors. Owner pays for water and internet. Owner provides a $75/month allowance towards electric and heat. Last months' rent as well as a $1,500 security deposit is due at signing. No smoking/drugs allowed. No pets allowed per HOA. Cleaning fee of $175 will be an additional charge.
