The Stancliff Neighborhood is a small house development of 1.773 acres within Village limits. 25% of the acreage is left in common green space. Kenneth Hamilton Way, which runs through and dead-ends at the north edge of the Neighborhood, is a village street and thus will be maintained by the Village. Each of the lots offers a varying number of one and two-story house plans, between 1050 and 1800 s/f and constructed on crawlspace foundations. The design effort is for smaller homes of unique diversity - their sizes dictated by the small lots. The exteriors are varied as are the interior designs. The intention has been to echo the architecture found in the historical area of Yellow Springs. All the homes afford parking for two cars; common area guest parking is available.
