We will then send you some questions to answer and this is what we use as our application. There is no charge to apply and we will let you know if you are approved usually same day. Can have up to two cats at no charge. No dogs are allowed. Parking is on street only. There is no central air conditioning in this apartment and we do not provide air conditioners but most tenants have found two window AC units is enough to comfortably cool the apartment during the summer.
