    The Street View Picture is an Old picture. This is a Split level Home. We had the outside redone in summer of 2021. Our home sits on 1/2 acre with some woods behind it to separate our back neighbor from us. There is a shed out back that is on a concrete pad. In front of the sink is a small bay window (we use for flowers) we have custom cabinets. Our counter tops got a makeover (Epoxy Resign with the look of marble). Downstairs has a 6 x 9 utility room that houses the washer and dryer hot water tank (which I bought new and has a 12 yr. warranty and I changed it from a 40 to a 50 gallon. I also changed out the water softener. A note here that there is a drain in the laundry room and has a window in the room. The family room has a gas fireplace that is surrounded by a rock wall. There is a sliding door that leads to the outside. The room also has an exit door with a pet door. The room That could be an extra bedroom we now use as a Pantry that also has access to another little cubby hole that we store our travel luggage in. The Furnace is also off in a room of its own off the Family room. The total downstairs has 644sq.ft. The garage is a 2-car garage, however, that being said, I have it now as a 1. I have 2 work benches that take up a little room. Along with some shelving. We up graded the garage door opener from a 1/2hp to a 1hp on a belt drive that is super quiet! (We also have a chest freezer and a side-by-side refrigerator / Freezer in the garage also. We also replaced the old electric panel with a new one mid-summer. There is also a Vacuum cleaner out in the garage that I have never taken out, but all the ports are still in the house, so If that is something you would want to have it’s there. When we upgraded the outside of the house, we also changed out the light fixtures, so those are new also and we changed out the Support beams under the hang over. We added in 2021 a small addition the back so that we could have an area to eat and sit with friends. It’s a 6’ x 12’ concrete slab. I store my riding lawnmower and a zillion other things in the shed. This shed is loaded with shelving. We’ve also had a New (architectural shingles) Roof put on! Ice and water prevention and synthetic paper put down that is more durable than just felt paper along with high wind nailing. I just put a couple of pictures on to show the beautiful Ben Loman Mountain just up the street. As of 04/15/2022 I updated the old outlets in the kitchen, bathrooms & garage with New GFCI’s. Our big tree got all trimmed up and several big limbs that were hanging over the house have now been removed. Added New carpet going up the stairs down the hall and into the Master bedroom.(4/5/22) This year being 2023 we have had several realitors call and want to know one question, "Will you pay us 3% if we bring someone to your home?" The answer is "YES"
