My best friend is moving out and I am in search of a roommate who is clean, welcoming, and understanding of personal space. A female working professional is highly preferred. I live in a 2 bed, 2 1/2 bath unit. Each room is on the opposite sides of the apartment with the living room separating it and private bathrooms in each room with the guest bathroom by the entrance. There is an in-unit washer and dryer capable of small loads and a laundry room on-site. There is a pool, jacuzzi, courtyard with grill, club-house, and a gym that are all unfortunately unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions. After meeting, if we go forward, there will be an application process through the leasing company that will run your credit and verify you meet the income requirements of 3x your rent, no evictions, and background history. There is a small fee charged by them. Month to month lease In the unit, there is no smoking. We share responsibility for dish soaps, napkins, plastic utensils if necessary. Common areas are cleaned equally. We split bills down the middle: gas, electricity, internet, water, trash.
