You will fall in love with this spacious home, with everything you need to enjoy for 30 days or for a longer lease with us. In addition to the four beautifully appointed bedrooms, the house consists of a fully stocked game room, an oversized den with a ping-pong table, dry bar and TV and a large living room for entertaining with a theater sized TV for movie night! The spacious master guest room features a king sized bed with a beautiful ensuite master bathroom which includes an oversized soaking tub, shower, dual sinks and a walk-in closet that is large enough to double as a nursery. The master bedroom also has a private doorway onto the patio and pool. The 2nd and 3rd guest rooms have king size beds with a bathroom just across the hallway. The 4th guest room has two twin beds. Home Activities We wanted our home to give our guests everything they could wish for in entertainment. We have included a game table that easily seats 6 and offers much more than just cards and poker, as well as a ping pong table for some friendly competition. There is a separate game room focused on our younger guests with a FoosBall Table, board games, and a brand new commercial tabletop arcade console with 60 plus classic arcade games like Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Asteroid and Centipede just to name a few. Of course one would expect a nice outdoor space for entertaining in a home like this but we feel ours takes that expectation to a whole new level. When you step out onto the beautiful travertine patio and pool deck, your senses will come alive with the relaxing sound of splashing water emanating from the dual waterfalls spilling into the luxurious saltwater pool. Relax in the sun in one of the comfy loungers. For those that enjoy some more friendly competition, enter into an exciting game of cornhole! Finally, as the day winds down and the outdoor twinkle lights come on, relax around the fire table after a pleasant outdoor meal prepared on the commercial grade BBQ. **RENT VARIOUS PER SEASON- $4500 April- Sept. $6000 Oct- March ** Owners pay for utilities and pool maintenance. If staying longer than one month last months rent is due when signing the initial lease. Cleaning fee of $350 is due at time of signing. If staying longer than a month, home will be cleaned once a month. Pet deposit of $450 NO smoking of any kind is allowed. Backyard quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Keep neighbors happy!
