Short(ish)-term rental, close to Anschutz, fully furnished. This listing is for the back (west) half of a front-back duplex. So, it's a 2 bed, 1 bath unit that shares one wall with the other (east) unit. Other than the shared wall, they are completely separate units - each with it's own entries/exits. There are two lovely tenants in the east unit. The neighborhood is mostly pretty chill and friendly. But it is close enough to Colfax that you will hear the fireworks occasionally. This unit has the option to rent space in (or the entirety of) the detached garage behind (to the west) of the house. I am looking for a short-term tenant. 6 to 9 months would be ideal. Even more ideal would be a tenant that wanted to adopt my two house cats for the duration of the lease. Even more ideal would be a tenant who wanted to lease the place fully furnished as-is. Flexible on the start and end dates for the lease.
